This company is established in 23.11.1995 under registration number 6360 as a joint-stock company in Iran , and by the sentence of the vice-president in 14.12.1996 responsibility of khuzestan Special Economic Zone was awarded to this company , and from the date of 13.02.1997 began its executive operations regarding the infrastructure and construction large manufacturing plants.
This company is founder , executer & responsible of studies of Arvand Free Zone from 1998 to 2003 ,that in result, it was approved as a Free Zone in 2004.
Also the responsibility of setting up Abadan & Khorramshahr border markets since 1999, with sentences of Governor was awarded to this company and it was in charge of administration by the end of 2001. In the meantime, with facilities and import and export licensing for traders who were engaged in this, effective steps were taken to boost the economy of the cities of Abadan and Khorramshahr.
