This company ia established in23.11.1995 under registration number 6360 Ahvaz – Iran ,and by the sentence of the vice- president in 14.12.1996 responsibility of khozestan special economic zone was awardedto this company, and from the date of 13.02.1997 began its executive operation regarding the infrastructure and constrruction large manufacturing plants.
Also the responsibility of setting up Abadan & Khorramshahr border markets since 1999,with sentencesof governor was awarded to this company and it was in charge of administration by the end of 2001. in the meantime , with facilities and import and export licensing for traders who were engaged in this, effective steps were taken to boost the economy of the cities of Abadan and Khorramshar.
This company in the commercial has been specially in import of raw materials,capita goods, intermediate goods, machinery,spare parts and equipment and exports mineral and non- oil activities, which has led this company as a top exporter two consecutive years.
